30 Days of Spring: day 2 & 3 of 30

Day 2: Disneyland for my birthday...of course I only have a picture of my daughter from yesterday which I shared on an earlier post today but here it is again.

Day 3: Homemade quesdillas for my birthday made by my hubby. Some were filled with roasted poblano and onions with Monterrey Jack cheese and the other with sauteed zucchini and mushrooms with queso fresco and all were topped with sour cream, tomatoes and avocado. They were fantastic!!
